Hard work gets results, but the line between productivity and burnout can be a fine tread. Contractors must resist the temptation to push beyond the limit with regular breaks during the day, their minds a rest and relax their energy before diving into the next task.
A good rule is to take a 15 minute break every two hours that you worked hard, or a daily one-hour break – your choice on your calendar and your personality and needs.

Many entrepreneurs say that they do not have time for a vacation, but one or two weeks per year should manageable for most entrepreneurs.
